1. Wash and slice your peppers and onions (into strips) and then set them aside.
2. Wash and dry your potatoes then cut them into quarters / cubes.
3. Put your potatoes in the large bowl and season with all purpose seasoning , drizzle with rapeseed oil and combine everything together.
4. Place the fish on a plate , season with salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil. Massage the oil and seasonings into the fish.
5. Airfry the potatoes at 200 degrees for 30 minutes , after 15 minutes throw in the peppers and onions for the remaining 15 minutes.
6. Airfry the salmon at 180 degrees for 20 minutes - my airfryer has 2 separate compartments so I cook the potatoes and fish simutaneously.
7. Wash the aspargus and place into a shallow pan with 200mls of boiling water for 10 minutes.
8. Strain the asparagus and drizzle lightly with olive oil. and garnish the fish with dill
And thats it ! The meal is ready for assembly , I enjoy mine with ketchup :)
Of course if you don't have an airfryer , follow the same steps with a preheated oven.
