- Boil your pasta as per cooking instructions on the packet.
- While the pasta is boiling wash and chop your vegetables.
- Strain the pasta , rinse with cold water and strain again.
- In a large bowl add your pasta and add as little or as much vegetables and protein as you like , the more the merrier.
- Combine the veg and pasta with mayonaisse , again add to your preference.
- I enjoyed mine at work with some homemade cheesy garlic bread !
