Equipment

Pot - to boil the pasta
Knife and chopping board- to chop your vegetables
Sieve - to strain the pasta
A Large bowl / pot to combine everything
Large wooden / metal spoon

Ingredients

Pasta - Fusilli / Penne / Macaroni works best for this recipe

Maynonaisse - 1 bottle

Jalepenos - 1 jar

Sweetcorn - 1 tin

Mixed peppers - 2/3

Tuna - 2 tins

Olives - 1 small jar

Cherry Tomatos - 1 punnet

Sugar snap peas - 1 packet

Instructions

  1. Boil your pasta as per cooking instructions on the packet.
  2. While the pasta is boiling wash and chop your vegetables.
  3. Strain the pasta , rinse with cold water and strain again.
  4. In a large bowl add your pasta and add as little or as much vegetables and protein as you like , the more the merrier.
  5. Combine the veg and pasta with mayonaisse , again add to your preference.
  6. I enjoyed mine at work with some homemade cheesy garlic bread !
